The Big Mac meal damage:  Big mac...540 cal, 29g of fat, Medium fries...350 cal, 18g fat, Medium Fruitopia...240 cal.   More aware of the fact of what my intake is but realize as well, it's not every day I eat a big mac. :)  Why they can't give all the proceeds to children charities from the sandwich today..who knows why.
